Our client is a full-service mid-sized law firm is seeking a receptionist/administrative assistant to work full-time. If you have prior experience as a receptionist in an office environment, and a professional attitude and appearance, this is a wonderful opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Booking boardrooms and offices
- Maintaining the appearance of boardrooms and reception area
- Arranging catering for meetings and firm events
- Providing basic technical support for boardroom equipment as required
- Opening new client files
- Performing miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a receptionist in a professional office environment
- Proficient in MS Office 365 with strong overall technical proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
- A proactive approach to handling matters and responding to day-to-day office needs
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $49,000 – $62,000 and is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Also offered is a comprehensive package of benefits, including an RRSP Matching Program.
