Hiring Full-Time Receptionist to Work in Downtown Vancouver Law Firm (Mid-Summer Start)
Our client is a mid-sized law firm located in downtown Vancouver and they are looking for a full-time receptionist to start in August! This role will provide exceptional service to clients and handle in-office duties including:
- Greet and tend to clients
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Notify lawyers and assistants of client’s arrivals and maintain log visitors
- Book boardrooms
- Arrange for meetings
- Accept deliveries at front desk
- Process credit card payments
- Cross-train in other office services positions
- Retrieve closed files
- Assist in set up and clean-up of boardrooms
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a receptionist in professional office environment considered an asset
- Proficient with MS Word and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently
