Job Shopping Program

Our Job Shopping Program is a cost-effective temp-to-perm option that gives both you and the candidate a real-world tryout before committing to a permanent hire. It’s the lowest-risk way to make a great hire.

After the interview process, we assign the chosen candidate for a temporary minimum two-week assignment. You see their skills, personality, and work habits in action. If it’s a fit, you hire them permanently with a reduced finder’s fee — significantly less than a standard placement.

How It Works

Step 1: We screen and present qualified candidates.

Step 2: You interview and select your preferred candidate.

Step 3: We place them on a temporary assignment (minimum 2 weeks) so you can evaluate the fit in a real work environment.

Step 4: If it’s a match, you hire them permanently. You pay a reduced finder’s fee in addition to the temporary assignment cost.
