A sole practitioner is seeking a Paralegal/LAA with at least 1-2 years’ related experience to assist their corporate/commercial, corporate records, and real estate practice.
This is a full-time, in-office role for a Paralegal/LAA with strong technical abilities in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, e-Conveyance, and PC Law.
Responsibilities of the role include drafting various letters, correspondence, and documents, as directed; preparing and filing Land Title forms; preparing closing documents related to transactions; various filings with BCOnline and BC OneStop; maintaining and operating ALF; and all other administrative tasks related to the above.
