A full-service, mid-sized firm in the heart of Downtown, Vancouver, is seeking an experienced LAA with strong administrative skills and at least 6 years of corporate commercial experience to join their team!
Responsibilities of the role include proactive management of client enquiries; one-to-one collaboration with a partner; file opening, maintenance, and organization; preparation of bills, month end accounting, and collections; drafting of standard correspondence and legal documents from dictation and precedent documents; and other administrative duties as required.
