Our client is a full service law firm and has been located on the North Shore for over 30 years. They have a relatively new office location and offer a great working environment with good benefits. Currently, they are seeking to hire a junior legal administrative assistant join their busy team.
Responsibilities:
Legal Assistant duties include but are not limited to:
- Scanning
- Sending clinical records to clients
- File opening
- Ordering records
- Paying invoices and billing DC/ICBC
- Posting disbursements
- Entering and printing limitation dates
- Schedules of Expenses
- Filing
Qualifications:
- LAA Certification or diploma and/or relevant work experience
- Excellent English, oral and written skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
