Our client, a small firm downtown, is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant/Paralegal with a breadth of experience in many areas of law, including Family Law, Civil Litigation, Corporate/Commercial, Wills & Estates, and Conveyancing.
This full-time position will involve drafting correspondence, file organization, schedule management, liaising with court registries, preparing court documents, preparing conveyancing documents, and maintaining, drafting, and filing annual corporate records.
