Our client, a prominent full-service regional firm in Downtown Vancouver, is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant with at least 3 years’ experience to work with lawyers, paralegals, and other LAAs in their various departments to assist with medical and vacation coverage.
As part of the LAA replacement team, the successful candidate will be drafting and transcribing legal documents, pleadings, and general correspondence; attending to various document requests; arranging appointments and communicating with clients and opposing counsel; managing calendars and files; as well as any other assigned administrative duties.
