We have a great opportunity for an experienced Intermediate Legal Administrative Assistant to provide part –time coverage as needed for our client in a boutique labour and employment firm!
Working for one of the lawyers, this position requires someone who can file emails; enter timesheets; accounts; type, edit and proofread correspondence/documents; open and close files/ update pleadings/submissions binders; and file to the Boards/Tribunals.
If you are an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant, have graduated from and accredited LAA institution, are proficient with MS Word, Outlook and PC Law this could be the job for you! Candidates who are professional, able to maintain strict confidentiality, and possess proven exemplary time management and customer service skills will be given preference during the section process.
