Our client, a firm located in Langley’s downtown core, is seeking a conveyancer with 1-3 years’ experience to join their team!
This opening involves managing residential and commercial purchase, sale and mortgage files from beginning to end. Also, this position involves: conducting searches and filing documents with the Land Title Registry, Corporate Registry and Personal Property Registry. Furthermore, one must maintain their bring forward system, arrange client appointments, provide administrative assistance, draft correspondence, billing, bank runs, and some reception relief. Please note that currently this role requires the candidate to work from their office; however, at a later date, the successful candidate can work remotely.
