Hiring Conveyancer for mid-sized Richmond Law Firm!

A great mid-sized firm located in Richmond is looking for a conveyancer to join their team. The successful candidate requires vaccinations and to work in-office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Preparation of sale, purchase, and mortgage documents for residential and commercial transactions, including some project sales
  • Correspondence with clients and other professionals
  • Dealing with corporate resolutions and strata forms
  • Dealing with commercial lending institutions and/or private lending clients
  • Conducting land title and other online searches
  • Preparing statement of adjustments and reconciliations

Qualifications:

  • Completion from an accredited Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate program (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word)
  • Good knowledge of BC online searches, LTSA, Worldox, ESILAW, E-Conveyance
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Trust accounting principles
