Hiring an Intermediate and Senior Conveyancer in Surrey Law Firm

Our client is looking for an Intermediate and Senior Conveyancer to join their team. These are full time positions with the following responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client care over the phone and in person
  • Preparation of all documentation with respect to residential purchase, sale and mortgage transactions
  • Review contracts, title searches and all related documents

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 7 plus years conveyancing experience in a law firm or notary office.

  • Experience using Pro-Suite or eConveyance, LTSA and BC Online are an asset.
