This position offers candidates who are considering a career in Human Resources within the legal field.  This is an opportunity to begin in a junior role in a position that offers career growth over a relatively short period of time.  Ideally, you will be considering enrolment in a Human Resource Management Certificate or Diploma program or have already begun your education but want to work in HR while you are studying.

The position itself involves assisting the H.R. Manager and Assistant to the H.R. Manager with the administrative duties that come with the career.  You will soon become a part of the firm’s Wellness Program and participate in arranging firm functions and social activities as well as the admin duties.  This is a large law firm within which there are many professionals such as lawyers, paralegals and consultants as well as office administration staff.  The Vancouver office is a very professional environment located in the downtown core.  The firm offers a competitive compensation package including benefits and paid vacation time.
