Hiring Administrative Assistant to work in a Smaller High Service Oriented Law Firm!

Our client provides legal services to clients throughout British Columbia. Ideally the candidate would be highly organized, possess strong computer skills, and is able to work independently. This is an entry level position in the law firm and candidates with office experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Scanning
  • Sending clinical records to clients
  • File opening
  • Ordering records
  • Paying invoices and billing DC/ICBC
  • Posting disbursements
  • Entering and printing limitation dates
  • Schedules of Expenses
  • Filing
  • Answering the telephone
  • Greeting Clients
  • Ordering, organizing\put away supplies
  • Mail and Legal Alt (incoming and outgoing)
  • Arranging couriers

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office & Adobe Acrobat
  • Candidates with some office experience are preferred
