Our client is friendly long-established firm committed to providing exceptional service and outstanding results for their clients.   They are seeking to fill the position of a full-time receptionist.  This is a very cohesive, friendly team-based environment!

This role will provide exceptional service to clients and handle in-office duties including:

  • Greet and tend to clients
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Notify lawyers and assistants of clients arrivals and maintain log visitors
  • Book boardrooms
  • Arrange for meetings
  • Accept deliveries at front desk
  • Process credit card payments
  • Cross-train in other office services positions
  • Retrieve closed files
  • Assist in set up and clean-up of boardrooms

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a receptionist in professional office environment
  • Proficient with MS Word and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently
