Our client, a full-service firm in the heart of downtown, Vancouver, is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team!

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • include preparing legal documents with the respect to asset acquisition, financing, conveyances, incorporation of companies,
  • share transfers, AGMs, wills, and commercial leases
  • performing various legal and due diligence searches through BCOnline, MyLTSA, and financial and governmental institutions
  • accomplishing the legal administrative work related to the above tasks.
