Corporate Paralegal Needed For Transactional Work and Corporate Records in Small Fraser Valley Law Practice

Our client is a small law firm with offices in Surrey and Abbotsford. They are looking for an experienced corporate paralegal to join the team to assist with over a 1000 company files in their Surrey office.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Preparation of documents relating to BC, federal, and extra-provincial companies and societies
  • Minute book reviews and other due diligence
  • Filings and registrations
  • ALF input and updates (including virtual minute book updates)
  • Correspondence with clients, solicitors, and accountants
  • Perform administrative and related duties as assigned


  • Diploma or certificate in accredited paralegal program and/or successful career history in the role of a corporate paralegal
  • 3+ years experience
  • Working knowledge of E-Corp and MS Office
  • Ability to demonstrate extraordinary client-focused service
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
