We have an opportunity to work at a boutique firm in Yaletown for a Corporate Paralegal.

Job duties include incorporations, director officer changes, share transactions, tax driven transactions, corporate restructuring, amalgamations, dissolutions, and restorations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of corporate experience , excellent computer skills, and strong interpersonal skills when dealing with colleagues and clients alike.

While the successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision, the firm has many resources available to all of its staff members.
